Washing
Cleaning and washing olives is an essential step in guaranteeing quality oil. Today's mechanized harvesting methods, optimized to reduce operating time, bring a growing amount of twigs, leaves and various impurities into the bins arriving at the mill.
The presence of these foreign bodies can affect the purity of the oil as well as its organoleptic qualities, and can also cause premature wear of the equipment. An effective washing system is therefore essential to protect both the quality of the finished product and the durability of the machines.

Optima Washing System
Hydropneumatic washer designed to remove soil and foreign bodies still clinging to the olives' skin after harvest. Water circulates continuously in the tank: deposits settle at the bottom over time, allowing the system to keep working with clean water while limiting overall consumption.
Available in two sizes, Optima L20 and L30, to match the flow rate of the processing line.
| Model | Installed power | Dimensions (L×W×H) | Weight |
|---|---|---|---|
| Optima L20 | 2,7 kW | 3600 × 1520 × 1550 mm | 650 kg |
| Optima L30 | 4,9 kW | 3760 × 1520 × 1550 mm | 750 kg |

Belt Elevator with Defoliator
Positioned downstream of washing, this elevator transports the olives while removing any remaining leaves and twigs. Its tubular steel frame and acid-resistant rubber belt ensure long-lasting performance, while the belt tensioner simplifies day-to-day adjustment and maintenance.
Defoliation capacity is adjustable, allowing the intensity of leaf removal to be adapted to the nature and condition of the incoming product.
